1. Read praecipe dated 16.12.2024, heard Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner. For the reasons stated therein time to carryout an amendment which was granted vide an orders dated 23.08.2024 and 29.11.2024 are hereby extended by further two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.

2. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that petitioner is 81 years old and therefore, reverification may be dispensed with. However, there is a material changes in the legal heirs column. Hence, it cannot be but petitioner may file additional affidavit in support of the proposed amendment. Upon filing of the additional affidavit, re-verification is dispensed with. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner to initial the amendment. Amended petition to be uploaded by the petitioner within 03 days from the date of amendment. Hence, adjourned.
