Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petition is moved before the Court to dispense with the requisition to furnish the administration bond. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the other heir Ravi Char has given consent for the issue of Letters of Administration to the petitioner without serving citation and justifying any surety for his share of property left behind by the deceased.

The requisition to furnish administration bond is dispensed with subject to the petitioner furnishing an undertaking that the petitioner will distribute the assets of the deceased in accordance with the shares of the heirs in the estate left behind by the deceased.
