This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Utkarsh Kartika Prasad Verma being son of deceased. Deceased namely Kartika Prasad Verma died intestate at Mumbai on 20.09.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that father of deceased predeceased the deceased. Mother of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased died as divorcee and decree of divorce dated 20.01.2001 is annexed to the petition. Deceased was survived by one son only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 26.12.2025 and Administration Bond dated 20.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
