Mr. Vaity would submit that all compliances have been effected. Executors have pronounced their renunciation. Consents of the legal heirs all are on record. Attesting witnesses' Affidavits have been filed. He would submit that there is no objection for issuance of Grant.

In that view of the matter, Department shall ascertain and check whether the aforesaid pleadings have been filed and if they are so filed, issue the Grant as expeditiously as possible and in any event

Needless to state that issuance of Grant is subject to removal of all office objections by the Petitioner.

In view of the above, Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed.
