Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 17.10.2024 and thereby seeks permission to delete the name of Pushpa Pradeep Kute (Daughter in law of the deceased) and to state that Pradeep Kute, a son of the deceased, is pre-deceased to the deceased as stated in the praecipe. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with. Furthermore, petitioner to inform the person whose name is to be deleted.
