Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petition is moved to dispense with the office objection to produce the documents to show that the petitioner is adopted child of the deceased as per provisions of the Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act, 1956 ("the Act, 1956").

The learned Counsel for the petitioner invites the attention of the Court to the Joint Deed of Adoption dated 17th December, 1991, which is a registered instrument. 4.

In the Deed of Adoption, the age of the adopted child is shown 21 years.

The petitioner may file additional affidavit to show that the condition of valid adoption stipulated in Section 10(iii) of the Act, 1956 is satisfied.
