Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that she has not uploaded the copy of the order, by which the Hon'ble Court has granted the liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate proceeding as per the Law. Hence, the said Order is downloaded from the CIS. It appears that the Hon'ble High Court vide an order dated 23.02.2024 has granted the liberty to the petitioner in the Misc. Petition No. 137/2017 in TP/257/1997 for taking out appropriate proceeding for subsisting their right. Accordingly, petitioner has filed the petition. Kept for order.
