TP/3581/2024 (E-filing) Mr. Aansh Desai i/b. Pythagoras Legal, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Reena Rajesh Chhabra being wife of deceased. Deceased namely Rajesh Sarup Chhabra said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 02.12.2009. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Petitioner is wife of deceased and only sole surviving legal heir of deceased. Deceased had no issues. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 28.02.2025 and petitioner is sole surviving legal heir of deceased hence, Administration Bond is not required. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
