1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is out of India and therefore, the petitioner has executed a power of attorney in favour of Ratjeesj Veetill and the said POA has executed the Administration Bond. However, the petitioner has to execute the administration Bond as there is distinct provision vide Sec. 243 of Indian Succession Act, 1925 for the Power of attorney holder to present the petition for issuance of limited grant. Hence, Petitioner to satisfy that administration Bond, excuted by the Power of attorney of the petitioner is acceptable.
