Read praecipe dated 11.11.2024 and thereby submitted that in minutes, signed by the undersigned officer on 16.10.2024, it is mentioned that petitioner sought the permission to correct the prayer of the petition. However, in fact, by the praecipe, dated 16.10.2024, the petitioner had sought the permission to correct the place of the death of deceased, as per the record. Submission is accepted.

Hence, order dated 16.10.2024 is corrected accordingly.

Furthermore, considering this circumstances petitioner could not carried out the amendment, petitioner to carryout an amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Hence, adjourned.
