1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 11.02.2025 and made a submission that on 05.02.2025 he had moved a praecipe for amendment in para no. 7. However, in order dated 05.02.2025, instead of order for amendment other directions have given. Hence, same may be corrected.

2. Hence, praecipe dated 05.02.2025 was called and following order is passed;

"Petitioner is permitted to carry out an amendment in the para no. 7 of the petition as per the praecipe dated 05.02.2025. Petitioner is also permitted to carryout consequential amendments within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with. Amended petition to be uploaded within 05 days from the date of its amendment. "
