1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sayed Munira Begum Kadri being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Sayed Alam Shah Kadri died intestate at Mumbai on 26.11.1999. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by his widow and two sons. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and both the sons have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.12.2024 is filed. Administration Bond is dispensed with as per order dated 30.01.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
