By virtue of Judge's Order dated 7th May 2025, directions, inter alia, with respect to transfer of immovable property as also payment to be made were passed.

Mr. Manek, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the directions contained in Judge's Order could not be complied within the stipulated period due to reasons which are stated in the praecipe dated 02/12/2025. varsha

I have perused the praecipe and the reasons stated therein, and I do not have any reason to disbelieve the same. Detailed timeline and reasons are given which are prima facie believable. The petitioner has taken steps and his desire to comply with the directions contained in the Judge's order are clear as he intends to do so. He has explained the exigency and difficulty, which deserves condonation of delay and extension of time.

In that view of the matter, request made by the Petitioner for effecting compliance of the directions contained in the Judge's order namely execution and registration of the transfer deed and also payment of other necessities as directed by the Court stands extended by a period of sixteen weeks from today.

The Department is directed to accept the cheque of Rs. 1,30,649/- drawn in the name of Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay as per the directions contained in the Judge's Order in part compliance for the same forthwith. 7.

Praecipe is allowed and disposed.
