The petitioner to take steps amend the marital status of the deceased and to amend the prayer of the Petition. The Ld. advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to amend the same. Permission granted, accordingly. Amendment to be carried out within period of 02 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Upon filing an additional affidavit by the petitioner, confirming the proposed amendment, the re-verification, if any, stands dispensed with.
