Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 15.09.2025 and thereby seek permission to amend the petition, in pursuance of the order dated 03.07.2025, particularly, in the schedule-I of the petition and to state about the legal heirs of the deceased, as per the provisions of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956.
