While dictating the order it appears that proper is given to the Dr. Anselm and Anita D'souza and movable properties - articles are given to the Nephews and Nieces (including the present petitioner). Hence, petitioner to explain that whether these properties are available and therefore, he is beneficiary under the Will. Hence, adjourned.

2. Ld. advocate for the petitioner has moved the praecipe dated 17.04.2025 and thereby seeks permission to amend the Schedule-I of the petition, by mentioning movable properties/articles lying in the flat mentioned in the schedule-I of the petition, and to carry out consequential amendment. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Amendment to be online e-verified from the CIS portal or upon filing additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the proposed amendment, the re-verification stands dispensed with.
