1. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner to comply the requisition of issuance of Notice to Collector. Petitioner to submit death certificate of deceased and identity Proof of the deceased.

2. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that Exh.A is a death certificate as per provisions of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969. However, it is not the Death Certificate and it is an extract of entry maintained by the Local Authority (BMC) about buried of the dead Body of the deceased.

3. Petitioner to satisfy that legacy to the legatees, whose names are mentioned in Para No.8 of the Will are paid. In case of nonpayment of the legacy, the Petitioner to take step as per Rules.

4. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner to correct the amount in the Administration Bond and make it for the gross amount as per Rules, 420 of Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980.

5. Adjourned to 2nd January, 2025.
