Upon perusal of the petition, it is found that the petitioner has not mention in para No. 9 of the petition that he has not known whereabouts of legal heirs of husband of deceased hence, Advocate for petitioner seeks to carry out corrections in the petition. The said corrections are allowed.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner seeks four weeks time to file the Affidavit of petitioner as the petitioner not known whereabouts of legal heirs of husband of deceased. Time is granted. At the request of Ld. Advocate for petitioner, reverification is dispensed with.
