The present Petition is placed on the board in view of Praecipe dated 23.03.2026 submitted by the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner, seeking extension of time for executing the Grant issued in the matter.

In the present matter, Grant was issued on 24.06.2025. The Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 27.02.2026 on record, explaining reasons for extension of time, contents of which are self-explanatory.

In view of aforesaid Praecipe supported with Affidavit, further six months time is extended for execution of Grant issued in the matter.
