Advocate for petitioner submits that in the present matter mother of deceased is alive and the statement with respect to the same remained to be mentioned in legal heirs para of the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner seeks permission to carry out corrections with respect to avernment of mother of deceased in the petition. The said corrections are allowed. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out corrections within four weeks from the date of uploading of this order and re-upload the corrected version of the petition on the official portal of the Bombay High Court.
