Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased namely Homai Nariman Kotwal is alive but the said statement has not mention in the petition and her consent Affidavit is also not file. Ld. Advocate for petitioner further submits that sister of deceased is also alive and statement with respect to the same is also not made in para No. 8 of the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner seeks permission to carry out corrections in para No. 8 of the petition with respect to the aforesaid facts. The said request is accepted. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out corrections within four weeks from the date of uploading of this order. Ld. Advocate for petitioner reupload the corrected version of the petition on the official portal of the Bombay High Court. At the request of Ld. Advocate for petitioner, reverification is dispensed with.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner undertakes that General Citation will serve upon both of these legal heirs and will file their consent Affidavits through efiling. The said undertaking is accepted.

4. It is also once again recorded that order dated 20.01.2025 is canceled in view of the statements made by the Advocate for petitioner on 13.02.2025 as well as today.
