Considering her submission, it will be proper to dispense with the re-verification of the proposed amendment regarding the amendment in the capacity for the petitioner in title clause. Upon the filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner of the proposed amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.

2. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. After carrying out the amendment, time to issue the citation is hereby extended by further two weeks from the date of carrying out the amendment.
