Ld. Advocate for petitioner to comply with the requisitions raised are as under :

1. This petition is filed for two separate Wills executed by Deceased No.1 and Deceased No.2, which was executed on 22nd October, 2019 and 10th January, 2021 and not "Joint Will". Hence, Advocate to explain how two separate Wills be consolidated in one grant.

2. Will Executed by Deceased No.2, dated 10th June, 2021, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to explain whether this can be constructed as will upon reading other details of will and last statement viz " If any letter to be given to Chairman or Secretary in the Society then I will help you".

3. To check prayer clause.

4. On page No. 2 of the Will dated 22.10.2019, there are conditional bequests. Advocate to explain.

5. To provide official translation of Will.

6. To file Affidavit of Attesting Witness as per Rule 383 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

At the request of Ld. Advocate for petitioner, matter is adjourned till 26.11.2024 for compliance.
