This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Kenneth Dennis Anthony Dsouza being son of deceased. Deceased namely Lizzie Dsouza died intestate at Mumbai on 18.02.2015. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased is not available.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Son of deceased namely Denver Agneno James Dsouza died as bachelor. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 04.10.2024 and Administration Bond dated 01.10.2024 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is ready for final grant.
