1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 17.10.2024 and thereby submitted that, as per the praecipe dated 08.10.2024, he sought permission to amend the para no. 6 as well as schedule of the petition. However, in order dated 08.10.2024 only amendment in para no. 6 was allowed. Hence, same may be corrected to carry out an amendment in schedule-I as well as para no. 6 of the petition.

2. Hence, clause 3 of the order dated 08.10.2024 is modified / corrected and read as "para no. 6 as well as schedule-I of the petition as per the praecipe".

3. It is made clear that rest of the dated 08.10.2024 will remain unchanged.
