TP/3736/2024 (E-filing) Mr. Ramesh Singh i/b. Dipak Khilari, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Nitu Kaur Narinder Singh being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Narinder Singh Amar Singh said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 14.10.2019. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, one son and one daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Son is minor and therefore, consent Affidavit dated 16.03.2024 is filed by mother as natural guardian. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice 11.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 15.03.2025 is filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
