Ld. advocate for the petitioner seeks time to take steps in the matter, as per the earlier Order and to comply the requisitions as provisions of the Chapter XXVI of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Hence, time is granted and thus the petition is adjourned for the steps.

2. Surety to the administration bond is one of the legal heirs. Furthermore, Surety must be a resident of Maharashtra. Hence, petitioner to take steps and execute the Administration Bond for the gross amount in view of Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.

3. Petitioner to file official translation of the Will or follow the directions passed by the Hon'ble Court in TP/1263/2023 in respect of translation of the Will.

4. The petitioner to comply the requisition of Rule 383 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 as per note annexed to the Form No. 102 of BHC Rules, as there is correction/addition or deletion, etc. in the Will. The petitioner to comply the requisition of Rule 419 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 as per note annexed to the Form No. 102 of BHC Rules, as the the testator/testatrix has impressed the Thumb or signature is different than the language used to prepare the Will. 5.

Petitioner to file affidavit of service as per Rule 397 of the Bombay High Court ( O. S.) Rules, 1980.
