This Petition is for Probate of Last Will and Testament of the deceased filed by Petitioners (i) Valerie Ann Freitas W/f. Sergio Andrew Freitas, (ii)Andrea Pereira @ Andrea Maria Pereira and (iii) CCC WillEffect Pvt. Ltd. being the Executors named under the Will of the deceased. Deceased Laura Antonina Mary De Souza @ Laura De, Souza W /0. Philip De Souza @ Laura Di Souza @ Laura De Souza, said to have died at Khalapur, Raigarh, on 21.03.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the Petition. For identification proof of the deceased, copy of Aadhar Card is annexed to the Petition.

2. Mr. Bothra, Advocate for Petitioners submits that deceased left behind her last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai, on 02.10.2017. The said Will is in English language.

Bothra, Advocate for Petitioners submits that deceased was governed under the Indian Succession Act 1925 applicable to Christian. It is submitted that parents of the husband of the deceased pre-deceased the deceased. The husband of the deceased predeceased the deceased. The deceased has no other sons and no other daughter. 4. Petitioners' Oath are filed.

Consent Affidavits of married daughter and two sons of the deceased as mentioned in para - 10 are on record. Affidavit of Maria Teresa Alvares, one of the attesting witnesses to the Will is filed. Affidavit of service of General Citation is filed. All the Affidavits are also filed online. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, Petition is granted.

5. Office to issue Probate as prayed after verifying whether any Cross Petition or Caveat is filed.
