1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that in order dated 17.08.2024, it is mentioned that petitioner no. 1 is mother of the deceased. However, as per the records, petitioner no. 1 is father of the deceased. Hence, same may be corrected.

2. In order clause no. 1 of the order dated 17.08.2024 is corrected and read as, "Petitioner no. 1 is the father of the deceased and he has filed the affidavit.". It is made clear that rest of the order dated 17.08.2024 will remain unchanged.

3. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that he will take steps to comply the query raised on 17.08.2024. Hence, adjourned.
