This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Rohan Padmanabh Barve and Runa Padmanabh Barve being Executor and Executrix named under the Will of deceased respectively. The deceased namely Padmanabh Trimbak Barve died at Mumbai on 12.04.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copies of Aadhaar Card and Pancard are annexed to the petition.

2. The deceased left behind his last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 13.09.2018. The said Will is in English language. Both the petitions are appointed executors named under the Will of deceased.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that petitioners are only surviving legal heirs of deceased. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Chandrakant Pandya dated 13.09.2023 one of the Attesting Witness to the Will is filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 13.12.2024 is filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
