1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that he has uploaded the amended petition as per the directions dated 17.08.2024 and 10.10.2024. However, as per the CIS, there is no order of amendment.

2. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner, at this juncture, moved a praecipe. Read praecipe dated 02.12.2024, heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to amend the marital status and cause title of the petition and to aver the fact about the mother-in-law of the deceased (since deceased son). Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.

3. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
