1. It appears from the CIS that Ld. Advocate for the petitioner uploaded the amended petition, along with the praecipe dated 05.11.2024 after the Order, dated 23.10.2024. However, inadvertently, he has not obtained the amendment order for amending the petition. Today, Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner tendered that praecipe. In view of that praecipe, petitioner is permitted to amend the petition, as prayed for. It is noted that as already amendment has been carried out. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner to present the petition for verification of the said amendment and after verifying/certifying the amendment, amended copy of the petition shall be re-uploaded. Petitioner to comply this direction in respect of the amendment, within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Furthermore, petitioner to ensure that all legal heirs are mentioned in the petition. Hence, adjourned.
