3. Later on, Ld. Advocate Ms. Kalpana Rajput appeared and submitted as per the order dated 17.08.2024, she moved a praecipe dated 24.09.2024. I heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. In view of Section 15(1) (a) of Hindu Succession Act, 1956, Widow of the Jitendra, who predeceased to the deceased cannot be a legal heir of the deceased. Hence, Petitioner to take steps according to law to correct the information about the legal heirs of the deceased.
