3. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that in title it is mentioned that deceased is a widow of Khodidas Gohil. However, just below that information word married is remained. This fact is accepted by page no. 22. Hence, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to amend the marital status. In view of the death certificate, re-verification is dispensed with. Petitioner to carryout an amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Amended petition to be uploaded within 03 days from the date of amendment.
