1. Mother of the deceased, since deceased to the deceased and petitioner to take steps to state about the said mother as per the provisions of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956.

2. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that in the lifetime of the said mother, whose name is not mentioned in the petition has relinquished the share of her by the registered deed. Hence, petitioner to take steps. Furthermore, petitioner to take file the death certificate of the mother of the deceased.

3. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that first name of the petitioner in CIS is mentioned as Meera instead of Meena. office to correct the same. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner may bring this order to the notice of the Department for necessary action. Hence, adjourned.
