1. Administration bond is defective as same is not filed for gross amount. Hence, petitioner to correct the same and file the bond as per the form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by the petitioner, surety and notary. Petitioner to take steps to state about the marital status of the deceased in title of the petition and take steps to state about the mother of the deceased. Hence, adjourned.

3. Later on Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 10.10.2024 and thereby prays to permit the petitioner to amend the petition by making an averment about the mother of the deceased and to mention the marital status of the deceased in title of the petition. Praecipe is allowed.

4. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within one week from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
