1. Read Praecipe dated 27.11.2024. It appears that name of the deceased is incorrectly spelled as "CHIIMNJILAL" instead of "CHIRANJILAL" The praecipe is filed by the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner stating the reasons. Petitioner is also present. Considering the reasons stated in the praecipe as well as documents, such as Death certificate and PAN card of the deceased, it would be proper to allow the petitioner to carry out the amendment in the name of the deceased, as suggested in the praecipe. Accordingly, the petitioner is allowed to amend the name of the deceased withing two weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Re-verification is allowed by either of Petitioner.
