TP/3837/2024 (E-filing) Ms. Sindhutai S. Mane, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to both the deceased filed by petitioner namely Pramila Vijay Navare being daughter-inlaw of deceased No. 1 and widow of deceased No.2. Deceased No. 1 namely Revoobai Pandurang alias Dhoolaji Navare said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 09.06.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

Deceased No. 2 namely Vijay Pandurang alias Dhoolaji Navare said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 20.07.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased No. 1 predeceased the deceased. Deceased No. 1 was survived by three married daughters, one daughter-in-law (petitioner herein), one minor grandson and one minor granddaughter. Deceased No. 2 was survived by widow (petitioner herein), one minor son and one minor granddaughter. Out of them daughterin-law of deceased No. 1 and widow of deceased No.2 is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of the petitioner. As regards consent Affidavits on behalf of minors filed by the petitioner being mother and natural guardian. The said consent Affidavit is accepted as per order dated 06.04.2021 passed by the Hon'ble Court in TP No. 1701 of 2017. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice and Administration Bond is filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
