1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 20.12.2024 and thereby submitted that on 03.12.2024, petitioner has sought the amendment in para no. 2 of the petition. However, in order dated 03.12.2024, amendment is granted in terms of place of death. Hence, same may be corrected.

2. Hence, in order dated 03.12.2024 is modified and words "the Place of death of the deceased" are replaced by words "amend the para no. 2 of the petition".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 20.12.2024 will remain as it is.

4. Adjourned to already scheduled date.
