1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that he has filed the identity proof of the deceased. However, in order dated 02.01.2025 it is written as petitioner has filed affidavit for dispensation of identity proof of the deceased. Hence, same may be corrected.

2. In order dated 02.01.2025, in para no. 2 following words are deleted, "affidavit with document to dispense with requisition of".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 02.01.2025 will remain as it is.
