Petitioner thereby seeks permission to amend the marital status of the deceased and make statement about the properties, which are mentioned in the Will and codicil, but not mentioned in the petition. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed.

2. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. After carrying out the amendment, time to issue citation is hereby extended by further three weeks from the date of carrying out the amendment.
