5. Furthermore, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that in para no. 12, she has not averred the fact of the property bequeathed to the Jyotsana. However, she has made a submission on 23.04.2025. Hence, words "Hence, such wording has been mentioned in the petition" are substituted by wording that "Hence, the petitioner, vide rider-I, has avered that the properties which are not part of the petition, have been disposed of or dose not exist."
