Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 11.11.2024 and thereby seeks permission to amend the para no. 4 of the petition and thereby seeks permission to amend the petition by making an averment about all the legal heirs of the deceased (i.e. maternal and paternal Granparents and their descendants). Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affdavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.
