Advocate for the petitioner also has to clarify that Vedika Gokulka is daughter of the deceased and petitioner has to file affidavit since the name of the minor daughter Vedika Gokulka differs to the name of the father viz. Prashant Agarwal.

Advocate for the petitioner is directed to carry out averment with respect to the share of the petitioner in the estate of the deceased. Advocate for the petitioner will carry out all aforesaid corrections into the petition and upload the corrected version and get it approved. Reverification is dispensed with.
