Advocate for petitioner was directed to carry out amendment in para No. 4 of the petition with respect to the name of father of deceased namely Krishna Gopal Agarwal may be deleted from the schedule annexed to the petition, as he is class II legal heir as well as to correct the act as "Hindu Succession Act, 1956" in para No. 4 of the petition.
