1. Petitioner to correct the title in the administration bond and re-upload the same. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by the petitioner, surety and notary.

2. Furthermore, petitioner to ensure that Rule 383 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980 is complied with in respect of the addition and alteration in the handwritten Will, particularly in respect of the date of the Will.

3. Ld Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner obtains certificate of the appointment of Guardianship (page 68). However, it is in respect of obligation of Guardian about the maintenance and residential care. It is not issued for the management of movable or immovable property/ properties. Furthermore, petitioner to satisfy that Rule 397 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980 is complied with. Hence, adjourned.
