1. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner, he relied upon the Guardian Certificate issued by the Committee under the provisions of the National Trust Act, 1999. He further submits that this certificate was also relied upon in the earlier petition in which grant was issued and even in MPT(L)/8918/2024. He further relied upon the Section 15 and 17 of the National Trust Act, 1999.

2. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that being the guardian of the Keyur he will file affidavit in respect of the Rule 397 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.

Heard at length. Hence, adjourned for consideration of this point (i.e. scope of this certificate.) along with Rule 422 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.
