This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mehul Ratilal Thakkar being son of deceased. Deceased namely Ratilal Ramji Thacker died intestate at Mumbai on 21.12.2006. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 28.05.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice 14.10.2025 and Administration Bond 01.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
