Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that there is some Jewelry belongs to the deceased no. 1, which remains to be added and by way of amendment she will include the same. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the petitioner will execute the Administration Bond for increased amount and that bond will be acknowledged by the petitioner, it amounts acceptance of the information to be correct. She further submits that the petitioner is out of India and therefore, he cannot verify the amendment personally. Considering her submission and situation, which is beyond her control, reverification is dispensed with, However, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to initial the amendment. Consequential amendment is allowed, if any. Furthermore, after amendment, the petitioner to comply issuance of Notice to Collector after amendment is carried out and to furnish administration bond for the gross amount, vide Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980. 2.
