1. Perused the petition, following requisitions have been raised,

1. Power of Attorney is not properly stamped as per the Sec. 18 read with Sec. 34 of the Maharashtra Stamp Act, 1958. Furthermore, petitioner to produce power of attorney of Hussain (i.e. father of the deceased).

2. Petitioner to correct the title of the petition is not properly mentioned as the Section 243 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925.

3. Similarly, prayer of the petition is to be corrected. Hence, petitioner to take steps. Hence, adjourned.
